This month, let’s have a look at a one of the antique tractors on display at the Gera Old Tractor Days in 2010. This beauty belongs to club member, Louis Wehrmann.  This is in International 660 Diesel.

Ah Harvest time!  This time of the year, I always think about the New Idea Corn Husker that the club restored and runs every year at the Gera Old Tractor Days.  Here’s a still photo, but this month there is a bonus!  Have you seen the video yet?  Over 1,000 people have seen our President, Jerry Daenzer and our Treasurer Vern Notestine running the corn husker, if you haven’t seen it yet, please check it out!  I love this photo showing the club members loading the corn into an El Camino!

Look at all these trophies!  Bring your kids to the Gera Old Tractor Days and they can try the pedal pull and win a great trophy!  A special thanks to Kent & Paul Krauseneck for coordinating the trophy collection and repair.  Also, thanks to Kidd Company for the emblems on the trophies. If you would like to donate your old trophies to this worthy project, please bring them to a meeting.  We take any type of trophy and with bit of work turn them into a great prize for these kids.
